You Capture: Mornings

Some mornings we start with letting the critters out and calling them back in, those are the mornings they want out twice.

We always open the blinds and curtains. Sunlight is good for my mood, which is bad in the mornings.
Diaper changes are a must. And yes, we're still in sposies. For now. Hoping that changes back to cloth by next week.
The boys make very important calls on their super smart phones.
Baby toes get kissed and chewed. Then they curl up while baby sits in his favorite spot: against my squishy baby bump (which, by the way, has made it to 16 weeks), relaxed back.
This morning, I waited to start last nights dishes til breakfast bowls went in because there was no way I was running the dishwasher partially full.
p.s. as a diehard Canon lover, I LOVE my new[ish] Tamron 28-75mm. ^That shot is why.

Then I multitasked. Messaged the husband, flipped through the Homeschool Sale, and checked the schooling agenda for the day.
Then we got started with History. I always start with History. It's the easiest way for me to transition out of grumpy morning person because it's the easiest-to-do subject for us.
That basically sums up [most of] today's morning.

So happy you stopped by. It does make my day.

Great shots. Your creative omission of body parts really works. :-)

I so love your photography, it's why I fell in love with your blog in the first place. But now that I *know* you, I wish someday that we could sit together and laugh while we shoot our kids with our marky marks. Together. (someday)

And really, that dishwasher shot? I've been looking for a wide-angle and that sure didn't help me any. ;)

Love the window blind photo best.

Love that shot of the blinds, and also the cute little feet? How could a person not adore that shot? :-)
